Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Ripple Social data at any time. There are two ways:

1. Delete it yourself in the app

Sign in, go to Account & Billing → Cancel & data → “Delete my data now”. This permanently removes your posts, drafts, images, and connected-account tokens right away.

2. Request deletion by email

Email sperras@islandpondgroup.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data.” We will confirm and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.

Disconnecting a social account

To remove a connected platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and revoke our access to it, go to Connections and disconnect the account. You can also remove Ripple Social from that platform’s own app/connected-apps settings.
